Powerchart Touch App and Cerner Cloud Services eSignature Updates

Cerner is requesting that users update their Powerchart Touch App.
Versions being expired:
v. 9.4.0 is scheduled to expire. Clients should upgrade to a newer version.
In addition to Powerchart Touch, those who utilize Cerner Cloud Services eSignature must be updated from v. 8.1.0 to v. 9.0.1 for iPads running on iPadsOS 15.4 or higher.

VTE (Venous Thromboembolism)
CIWA (Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment)
IBW (Ideal Body Weight)
PCA (Patient Controlled Analgesia)
Note: If the assessment is not documented, then it will not appear in the flowsheet. This may mean that the assessment hasn’t occurred or that the patient doesn’t meet the criteria for it.
Order Change: Removal of "Foreign Object" as a Source from All Cultures

Foreign Object will be removed as a source from Culture Aerobic/Anaerobic with Gram Stain, Culture Wound with Gram Stain Swab, and Culture Fungal. Cerner will implement the Window Level Preset functionality within Cerner Image Viewer (iViewer) application.
Window Level Preset Tool will adjust the contrast and brightness of the image to specific values. By clicking on the Window Level Preset Tool, the following options will be presented:
