How to Install Powerchart on the Citrix Workspace

This will be true for Computers, Phones, and Tablets.

When going in the first time to Powerchart on a device that has never been used, you will need to have a Citrix workspace installed.  The version is important here, so make sure you are using a Cerner-approved version.

Follow the instructions for the physician portal.  On the storefront, click on the install related to the device you are using in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

The install will download and then follow the prompts.

If you have installed a different version, uninstall and reinstall the correct version.

Please use the link below for the Add Account section to set up the Workspace app.
