When searching a patient, a list of patients will show in the top box of Patient Search and a list of encounters will show in the bottom box.
Choosing the correct encounter is crucial for orders and documentation to be correct.
To ensure you choose the correct encounter, please double check the FIN, the Facility, and the Dates of then encounter.
