Scanning Folder - Birth Plans

Please note: this is not meant to bypass the existing electronic documentation in the nurse OB initial and supplemental intakes that populate the birth plans section of the pregnancy summary.

Pain Contract Folder - New Name and Location

You can now find the pain contract documentation in a new, more effective location.

The consolidation and move dealt with the problem of two existing pain contract folders:

     1. Patient Pain Contract, and

     2. Pain Contract

Having two of these folders led to a lot of confusion.

The two folders moved and consolidated into one folder, located in a main bucket titled "Pain Contract/Agreements".  This folder will now be nested within Clinical Documents.

In summary, there will no longer be a "Patient Pain Contract" folder.  The only thing scanning staff will need to do, is make sure the pain folder they scan to now is "Pain Contract" and remove the defunct "Patient Pain Contract" from their default list.  This will ensure that all new document scans end up in the proper folder.

Enjoy!
