As of October 8th, these new fields should be in place and working...
1) Add ‘In system rejection’ to Reason for Out of System Referral.
2) Add a new field labeled “Waist Circumference” to the Height/Weight section.
3) Add ‘Interpreter’ as an option in the Information Given To/Verified By field.
