On 2/6, the new order Request RT for EPM placement will be replacing the Notify RT order only in the case of EPMs. This order is defaulted to BID, and the Respiratory Therapist will discontinue the order when the patient is extubated.
These changes guide the ordering provider to select the correct TLSO order.
A synonym of ‘Apply TLSO Brace – Custom (2-4 day turnaround)’ will be added to the ‘Apply Spinal Brace/Immobilizer’ order. The ‘TLSO’ option for the Type of Immobilizer/Brace will also be modified to be “TLSO – Custom.’
A synonym of ‘Apply TLSO Brace – Adjustable (0-1 day turnaround)’ will be added to the ‘Spine Brace Fitting and PT Evaluation’ order.
These changes guide the ordering provider to select the correct TLSO order.
The G2211 Code has now been added to the Order Catalog and will pull into the Assessment and Plan when signed.
Users can now select a default launch page from the menu. This default will be the first page the user sees whenever a patient’s chart is opened.
Navigate to the Menu.
Right-click on the page you want to be your default view (Orders, Flowsheets, Medication List, etc.).
Click “Set as Default View.”
After copying another user’s autoexts, you no longer have to log out to use them. They are automatically added to your library and can be used or edited.
After an autotext is copied, it will automatically be added to your library without needing to logout.
Users can now access Pre-Completed and Favorited PowerNotes from the Dynamic Documentation Provider View.

From Provider View, select the Documents Component.
Select the drop-down button.
You will now see a list of your Pre-Completed and Favorited PowerNotes.
