How to Add an Addendum to Scanned Documents

Go to clinical notes and double-click on the scanned document that needs to be modified.

Right-click in the bottom section of the screen and select “Modify” or click on the "modify" icon.

 Type your addendum under the “Insert Addendum” portion of the screen and click “Sign”.

The addendum will now be associated with the scanned document.
