With the recent change to the Message Center end users need to set up defaults for the document type (subject field) for messages and reminders. The document note type needs to be set to the user’s specific clinic.
Please set defaults according to your clinic as shown below.
From Message Center click the Inbox button on the toolbar and click on Manage Preferences and make sure the "Behavior Prefs" tab is open.
For Messages : click on message and chose your default message type according to your clinic and click ok (see below).
For Reminders: click on reminders and chose you default reminder type then click "ok" as seen below.
