There are three changes being made:
1. “Perform Neurovascular Checks” has been removed from the plan
2. “Vital Signs” order sentence has been changed to ‘Per Unit Standards’
3. “Notify Nurse: Assess epidural catheter site” order sentence has been changed to ‘every shift’
