Starting Wednesday, August 11, 2021, the Discharge Patient (Outpatient) order will no longer have the required ‘Discharge Diagnosis’ field.
It will now look like this:
The plans that use this order are shown below. This change will not affect your favorited plans. The field will simply not be there anymore.
