Citrix Support: Avoid the Log-in Popup

INTERNET EXPLORER 11

1.       Open Internet Explorer to http://cernerweb.teamumc.com

2.       Click on the Tools button (gear icon) then go to Internet Options

3.       Click on the Security tab, then Local Intranet and then the Sites button

4.       Click on the Advanced button then Add to add the http://cernerweb.teamumc.com site to the list.

5.       Click Close, OK and OK

6.       Close Internet Explorer

GOOGLE CHROME

1.       Launch Google Chrome, go to http://cernerweb.teamumc.com

2.       Click on the PowerChart icon

3.       Click on the arrow next to the launch.ica download and choose Always open files of this type
