Icon Explanation
Selecting All Patients from a Patient List
1. Click on tab for the desired patient list
2. Click on the "Select All Patients" icon to highlight all patients within the list
3. Once all patients are selected navigate to TASK -> Reports to open reports menu
4. Select desired report(s), select printer and then click the "Print" button
5. Once you click "Print" the "Reports" window will close and you will need to click the "Clear All Selections" icon to unselect all the highlighted patients
Selecting Specific Patients from a Patient List in PowerChart
1. Click on tab for the desired patient list
2. Select desired patients using Shift/Ctrl + Left Click as needed
3. Once all patients are selected navigate to TASK -> Reports to open reports menu
4. Select desired report(s), select printer and then click the "Print" button
5. Once you click "Print" the "Reports" window will close and you will need to click the "Clear All Selections" icon to unselect all the highlighted patients
