Go-live: May 5, 2025
Due to security issues with several clinics, the Appointments component on the dark side menu will disappear. This protects secure visits to specific clinics, which are not viewable by staff. This ensures our patients’ records and security are safely hidden and viewable by those who should have access to them.
There will be several options on where to find appointment information after this change takes place on May 5, 2025. Each way will be listed below based on the position type.
Dynamic Documentation Providers and Nurse Scribes
You can see the Appointment information via Visits on the light side menu.
PowerNote Providers, Clinical Nurses, and Front Desk Staff
You can see the Appointment information via Summary Views component under the box heading ‘Visits.’
HUCs and Hospital Nurses
You can see the Appointment information via Follow-up workflow component.
Psych Nurse and Front Staff
You can see the Appointment information via Patient Information, and switching from the ‘Demographics’ tab to the ‘Visits’ tab.
