A new update to the sliding scale insulin will be available on April 28, 2021.
What Changes: The sliding scales for both the Regular (Novolin R) and the Aspart (Novolog) will change
The changes are illustrated below. Please note the sliding scale and the units of insulin will change as well as the time the blood sugar is rechecked.
