MYTEAMCARE/PATIENT PORTAL BANNER BAR UPDATE

Beginning 9/2/2020, the banner bar will be updated to reflect the patient’s MyTeamCare status. The status will reflect when the patient was offered access in the PM Conversation and if the patient has an active MyTeamCare account.

If the patient has an active account, then the field next to it should state "Access Offered." If it says anything 'did not access' even though they have an active account, we do not get credit for MIPS reporting. The "Access Offered" field should match their active status. If the patient declined, the patient declined access offered needs to be updated as well.
