When you need a new template, appointment type, or resource (or all three) added to CPM, you must remember to submit SharePoint requests for Clinical Transformation, MPIP, and IAS to build each component correctly.
Our department, Clinical Transformation, worked hand-in-hand with MPIP and IAS to create easy-to-follow workflows to help guide you in submitting the appropriate request. The education labeled “Education for CPM Workflows” will take you directly to SharePoint and the job aids.
The excel spreadsheet will show you what is needed to be filled out and attached to SharePoint. There are specific instructions on how to fill out the spreadsheet appropriately on the first tab.
